The heavy downpour this morning brought down a high tension wire by
Guinness Nigeria Plc Headquarters at Ikeja area of Lagos. The incident
caused a heavy traffic gridlock in the area as authorities sealed of the
road to prevent further harm to motorists and road users -before the
arrival of Power Holding Company of Nigeria, (PHCN) officials.
